The Butterfly

The "Butterfly" project, a sleek and modern office building located in the city of Halandri, Athens, was a collaboration between YAP Architects, NOVAL PROPERTY and our team at TWELVECONCEPT. The goal was to create a unique and visually striking structure that would stand out in the busy urban landscape.
Our company was responsible for the building's exterior, which was crafted using terrazzo material. This required a sophisticated mechanical support system to ensure the stability and durability of the building. The terrazzo exterior not only adds to the aesthetic appeal of the building but also provides a durable and low maintenance solution.In addition to the exterior, we were also responsible for the majority of the building’s tiling applications. We supplied, processed and applied thousands of custom designed tiles to cover the building’s staircase and numerous walls to enhance the building’s design and functionality.
The use of terrazzo and custom tiles have given the "Butterfly" building a unique and contemporary look that stands out in the city's urban landscape.
